Registration
Fee:               $85 - Professional registration - includes access to all sessions and exhibits, 
                              free CEUs for CHES/MCHES and CPHE, AR SOPHE membership

                      $25 - Student registration (must be a full-time student) - includes access to all 
                              sessions and exhibits, AR SOPHE student membership (does not include 
                              free CEUs)

Deadline:        March 30 (payment does not need to be received by this date, but the registration 
                       form needs to be returned.)

CEUs:            CHES/MCHES:  An application has been submitted for Category I Continuing 
                     Education Contact Hours (CECH) to award Certified Health Education Specialists 
                     (CHES) up to 5 hours and Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) 
                     up to 5 hours. SOPHE, including its chapters, is a designated multiple event provider 
                     of CECHs by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.

                     Prevention Specialists:  An application has also been made to the Arkansas 
                     Prevention Certification Board to provide five hours for Prevention Specialists.

                     Nurses:  Application has been made for nursing credit; The UAMS Center for Rural 
                     Health is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American 
                     Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

                     Certificates of Attendance will be available for teachers, social workers and other 
                     professions.
